Yatri Motorcycles' Project Zero electric bike finally up for pre-order

Yatri Motorcycles has finally opened the pre-order for the much-anticipated Project Zero (P0) electric motorcycle. The bike gained a lot of attention last year as a futuristic electric bike designed and developed by a Nepali team. Yatri Project Zero (P0) Overview:

Project Zero takes its inspiration from the "Café Racer" series of bikes but with a clean and modern design language. The motorcycle is built on a Chromoly Steel Trellis frame and weighs 190 kg. Providing power to P0 is its 8kWh Lithium-Nickel-Manganese battery. Thanks to this, the P0 can go up to 230 km in a single charge. Also, it has been complemented with protective circuitry and algorithms that prioritize power efficiency and battery lifespan. The P0 can attain a top speed of up to 140 km/h. It can go from 0 to 60 km/h in just 2.5 seconds. A 3.3 kW charger can fully charge the P0 in two hours.

Another highlight of the P0 is the software support. It comes with a 7-inch TFT panel upfront that will let you access the Yatri Hub app. The app will be available on both Android and iOS platforms. It comes with features like anti-theft, service appointment, and roadside assistance. Users won’t need a key to start the P0. Similarly, you won’t find the traditional tachometers either. It is replaced by sensors. In addition to the speed data, the dashboard will also display map and GPS data. Also, 4G connectivity is built into the bike to facilitate navigation and software updates.
