Yesterday was a big day for Vivo as the company launched its flagship X300 series of smartphones. And alongside its latest flagship phones, Vivo also launched a bunch of other devices. Including the Watch GT 2, which, as its name implies, is an upgrade from last year’s Vivo Watch GT. Now, let's dive into this article, where I will discuss everything about the latest Vivo Watch GT 2, including its expected price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.
Vivo Watch GT 2 Overview
Display and Design
Last year, Vivo decided to opt for a rectangular, Apple-like design for the first time. Following the same vein, the Watch GT 2 retains it. But you do get a slightly bigger display at a 2.07-inch curved AMOLED screen with a sharper 432 × 514 resolution and 60Hz refresh rate from Watch GT's 1.85-inch display. It has a 2,400 nits of local peak brightness and an impressive 82.4% screen-to-body ratio as well.

In terms of design, the Watch GT 2 measures 47.54 × 40.19 × 10.97 mm and weighs about 35.8 grams. Vivo says it has treated the frames on this smartwatch with glossy aluminum alloy material, while we can also see a rotating crown on the right side.
The Watch GT 2 comes in "Free Blue", "Shell Powder", "Origin Black", "Obsidian Black", and "White Space" colorways. It also has a one-click quick-release mechanism for the strap, like with Apple Watches, while it is 2 ATM water resistant as well.
Features and Performance
Like most smartwatches, the Watch GT 2 is also filled with health and fitness tracking options. You get your typical all-day heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen measurement, sleep and stress tracking, breathing exercises, menstrual cycle tracking, and noise detection. That being said, it also offers over 100 sports modes.

Sensors and Battery
The Vivo Watch GT 2 keeps track of your health and fitness with its optical heart rate and blood oxygen sensor. And its battery life is quite impressive too.
So its Bluetooth-only version has a 695mAh battery that can last up to 33 days. Or 17 days under normal use. Whereas Vivo has used a smaller 595 mAh battery on its eSIM version that can go up to 18 days under power-saving mode. Or it can survive up to 8 days of regular use.
