TCL MOVETIME Family Watch 2 introduces new features to safeguard children

TCL has introduced a sequel to last year's MOVETIME Family Watch. The Family Watch 2 brings some notable changes that will allow parents to keep better track of their children's whereabouts. This post will discuss the key features of the TCL MOVETIME Family Watch 2, along with its expected price in Nepal.

TCL MOVETIME Family Watch 2 Overview:

Let's start with the whereabouts thing. MOVETIME Family Watch 2 utilizes real-time geolocation data to log a complete location history of the wearer. Parents can access this data from the companion app (Android | iOS). In addition, they can use the geofencing feature to get notified whenever the wearer moves out of a pre-determined safe zone.

4G Connectivity

The watch features a Nano SIM card slot for network connectivity. It facilitates 4G voice calls, text messaging, and even video calls. There is a 2MP camera for the latter. In addition, TCL has included a touch SOS call button that children can use in case of an emergency. This time around, TCL has increased the screen size to 1.54-inch. However, it is yet to mention the type of panel used. The watch has a bulky case with a dual-tone finish on top. Its 2GB internal storage can be used to store photos and videos from the camera. The watch has an IP65 rating and boasts a battery backup of up to 2 days.

TCL MOVETIME Family Watch 2 Price & Availability

TCL MOVETIME Family Watch 2 will go on sale in Europe for EUR 149 starting this August. If it launches here, we expect the price of TCL MOVETIME Family Watch 2 in Nepal to be NPR 25,000.
