Razer has unveiled the 2025 version of the Razer Blade 14 at Computex 2025. The latest refresh now comes with AMD’s new Ryzen AI 9 chip and the latest Nvidia RTX 50-series GPUs. The Blade 14 also features a new OLED display and upgraded memory options.

OLED Display and Refresh Rate
The laptop comes with a CNC aluminum chassis in Anodized Mercury finish. Moreover, the device features a 14-inch QHD+ OLED display with a resolution of 2880 x 1800. In addition, it comes with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Ryzen AI Processor
The laptop is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 processor. It has a total of 10 cores, combining 4 Zen 5 and 6 Zen 5c cores. It supports multithreading, offering 20 threads in total. The base clock speed is 2GHz, with a maximum boost up to 5GHz. Additionally, it includes 10MB of L2 cache and 24MB of L3 cache.
Users can choose between two GPUs—RTX 5070 and RTX 5060. Both include 8GB VRAM and 115W TGP.
