Design and Display
The Vivo V50 showcases a curved AMOLED display with a slim profile, even with its sizable 6,000mAh battery. It is available in Rose Red, Starry Night, and Titanium Grey hues. The device features an optical fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers for enhanced audio. Its 6.77-inch display supports a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR content. The peak brightness reaches 1500 nits, and under sunlight, it can go up to 1300 nits in High Brightness Mode (HBM).
Performance and the rest
Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, the Vivo V50 comes with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. While the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor is reliable for gaming and multitasking, critics have pointed out that it is essentially the same as the one found in the Vivo V30. It runs Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15, with promises of three years of Android updates and four years of security patches.
Cameras
The Vivo V50 is equipped with a Zeiss-branded triple-camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP front camera. It supports Zeiss Multi-Focal Portraits with features like Biotar Portrait Mode and 35mm B-Speed Mode. Additionally, the Smart Aura Light improves lighting, and both the front and rear cameras allow HDR photography and 4K video recording.
Battery and Charging
