Fabbed under a 12nm process, this SOC includes 4 Cortex A53 cores clocked at 2.3 GHz and another 4 Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz alongside a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The Tecno Spark 20C comes in two configurations: 128 GB storage with 4 GB RAM (expandable to 8GB), and 128 GB storage with 8 GB RAM (expandable to 16GB).
