OPPO’s new foldable, the OPPO Find N5, is finally available in Nepal. Below is a short overview of the device.
OPPO Find N5 Overview
Design and display
OPPO’s Find N5 is covered by an aluminum alloy frame, whereas its cover display is protected by OPPO’s “Nanocrystal Glass”. It is considerably slim, measuring 8.93 mm when folded, and weighs about 229 grams.
The device is also IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9 water resistance rated; hence, it can handle whole-body immersions in water.
As for the display, both the inner and cover screens are 120Hz LTPO AMOLED panels. The cover display is a 6.62-inch screen whose brightness reaches up to 2,100 nits, while the inner display is an 8.82-inch screen that reaches up to 2,450 nits in terms of brightness.
Performance and battery
Under the hood, the device features the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with flagship-level performance. However, this is a 7-core CPU setup instead of the 8-core we see in other flagship models. The phone boots with ColorOS 15.0 based on Android 15.
Coming to the battery, it features a huge 5,600 mAh battery, which has support for 80W wired charging or 50W wireless charging.
Camera and other features
The optics on the OPPO Find N5 come in a triple camera setup with the main camera being a 50MP sensor, as well as a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. While for selfies, both the inner and cover features an 8MP camera.
The Find N5 comes with a few AI features too.
Like an AI translate assistant that delivers real-time translation as a dual-screen interpreter. The AI search can help you find any files or settings inside the device. There is also an AI call summary feature that will show key highlights of your call.
