Design and Display

The Honor Watch 4 boasts a square design with a single button on the right side, and just below that is the speaker. Crafted from 6 Series aluminum, it offers a glossy finish on the middle frame. Available in three appealing colors: Obsidian Black, Cloud Water Blue, and Morning Glory Gold. On the display front, you'll find a 1.75-inch AMOLED panel with a 450x390 pixel resolution, delivering a pixel density of 340 PPI. The Watch 4's screen refreshes at a smooth 60 Hz and offers an array of over 400 watch face customizations.

Sports Modes and Fitness Tracking

One of its strengths lies in its sports modes. The Watch 4 from Honor brings an impressive selection of sports modes, totaling 85, along with 12 specialized workout modes, covering essential activities such as walking, running, swimming, cycling, and more! It also tracks vital health metrics like heart rate, sleep patterns, stress levels, and blood oxygen levels.

Connectivity

Now, when it comes to connectivity, Watch 4 seamlessly pairs with your smartphone via Bluetooth 5.2 and utilizes five satellite positioning systems to ensure accurate location tracking. The standout feature of the Chinese variant of the Honor Magic Watch 4 is its eSIM and NFC capabilities. This will not be available in the global variant, though!

Battery and others

The battery life is reasonable, with a 451 mAh cell rated for 10 days of typical usage. However, frequent use of the eSIM and GPS may reduce this to 3 days. This Watch 4 charges using a magnetic POGO pin connector and runs on the latest version of Honor's MagicOS, i.e., 7.2.
