Soundcore is a sub-brand of Chinese company Anker, that specialises in audio accessories only. So, if you are looking for good earbuds, you can't really go wrong with them. Design and Audio
The Anker Soundcore Life P3 comes in an in-ear fit with IPX5 water resistance. This allows you to securely fit the buds into your ears without having to worry about extended sweat exposure. It also means that these earbuds could be your workout or exercise buddy! Talking of the case, you are looking for a pebble-shaped one with no IP rating and a horizontal layout. Though available in multiple colour options outside the country. We Nepali folks will have to be happy with good ol' Black! Moving on to the audio department, these buds have an 11mm unit on each side as a driver. With the company's BassUp technology, you should be able to enjoy those low-frequency to the fullest. But to take the whole audio experience even further, you get three modes of active noise cancellation with the Anker Soundcore Life P3: indoor, outdoor, and transport. Each mode is targeted for different types of settings and filters out a specific kind of frequency. For example: when using transport mode gets rid of low frequencies like engine noise. Furthermore, each bud is equipped with three mics to ensure that the receiver hears your voice clearly when on a call.
Features and Battery
You can connect these earbuds to your smartphone via Bluetooth 5.0 and access a lot of features through the Soundcore app. Firstly, you get firmware updates for your Anker Soundcore Life P3 to maintain an optimum working condition through software. Then you get over 20 EQ settings, Fit Check, Gaming Mode, touch controls customisation, and even “Find My Headset” features on the app. All in all, a good addition to have to enjoy these buds to their fullest. In the tank, it packs a large 800 mAh cell while the earpieces come with 63 mAh ones. It is a comparatively larger volume of capacity than a lot of choices in the market. However, the playback time appears to be just about average with 7 hours on buds and 35 hours with the charging case even when ANC is off. Anyhoo, charging options are cool though with the choices for both wired as well as wireless.
