Amazfit Balance

Design and Display

Amazfit Balance is an upper-range smartwatch with a circular body with two buttons including the crown. It uses an aluminium alloy for the middle frame whereas the bottom shell is made out of fibre-reinforced polymer. This watch measures 46 mm across and has a thickness of 10.60 mm without the heart rate base. Meanwhile, it also boasts water resistance of 5 ATM. On the front, we are getting a 1.50-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 480x480 and a pixel density of 323 PPI. The screen is fortified with tempered glass for added protection. Additionally, the display features an anti-glare glass bezel as well as an anti-fingerprint coating. In the meantime, the Amazfit Balance is available in Sunset Grey and Midnight colour options. It also has four special edition variants, i.e. Woodland, Meadow, Deep Sea Blue, and Lagoon.

Health and Sports Features

The Amazfit Balance comes loaded with sensors, such as an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope, a geomagnetic sensor, an air pressure sensor, an ambient light sensor, and a temperature sensor. In addition to the aforementioned sensors, it also has a BioTracker 5.0 PPG biometric sensor and a BIA Bioelectric Impedance sensor. All these sensors aid in health monitoring such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, stress levels, and more, offering a holistic view of one's health metrics. It also offers over 150 sports modes, 25 strength training movements, and 8 sports movements. Health features cover 24-hour monitoring of vital health metrics, sleep quality monitoring, and more. Additionally, lifestyle features encompass voice assistants, Bluetooth calling, weather updates, and sedentary reminders.

The Amazfit Balance also comes with the Zepp Coach feature that is powered by AI. This personalised coach tailors running schedules and plans according to the user's specific objectives, continuously adapting weekly based on the individual's progress.

The smartwatch packs a 475 mAh battery, enabling a typical usage scenario of up to 14 days. Charging the device is hassle-free with its magnetic charging base, requiring approximately 2 hours for a full charge. With different usage scenarios, the battery life varies, ranging up to 50 days in clock mode and up to 7 days in heavy usage scenarios.
