POCO C71 launched with Unisoc T7250 Max SoC and budget pricing

Poco has launched the Poco C71 model in India. Targeted at budget customers, the smartphone brings a bigger display and a flashy design. Without further ado, let's head into the specs, features, and expected price of the Poco C71 in Nepal in this article.

Design and Display

Starting with the design, the Poco C71 boasts a flat frame design with an ovular flashy camera module on the back. It also secures an IP52 rating which offers a basic water resistance, more like splash proof only. Poco ships this guy in three shades: Power Black, Cool Blue, and Desert Gold.   In terms of display, there is a big 6.88-inch IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and an HD+ resolution. The main USP here is the triple certification from TUV: Low Blue Light, Flicker Free, and Cicardian. Also, the Poco C71 supports wet touch. And all these features make it a superior panel for a budget device.

Performance

Under the hood, the Poco C71 is powered by an Unisoc T7250 Max octa-core processor. It's basically a rebrand of the Unisoc T615 with 2x Cortex A75 cores at 1.8GHz and 6x Cortex A55 cores at 1.6GHz. Poco says it scored a 300,000 plus score on Antutu. Memory-wise, the phone is available with 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage. As for the software, the phone boots on Android 15 out of the box, and on top of that, it will receive 2 years of OS updates and 4 years of security updates as well.

Camera and Others

Moving on, this budget Poco device boasts a dual camera setup, headlined by a main 32MP sensor and a secondary AI unit. Upfront, you get an 8MP selfie camera for snapping selfies and taking video calls. Moreover, it gets its juice from a 5200mAh battery with 15W fast charger in the box. Connectivity features include 4G, VoLTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
