Oppo just launched two new phones under the K-series in India — the K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro. And this time, both come with actual fans inside for cooling. Yep, tiny spinning fans in your smartphone. This article will discuss everything about the latest Oppo K13 Turbo and Turbo Pro, including their price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.
Oppo K13 Turbo Series Overview
Display and Build
Both phones come with a big 6.8-inch flat OLED display. You’re looking at a sharp 1,280 x 2,800 resolution with 10-bit color and a 120Hz refresh rate. Brightness peaks at 1,600 nits, which should be good for outdoor use. The phones are IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9 rated, so they're splash, submersion, and jet-proof. And yes — the internal fan is drop-protected.
Performance and Cooling
Inside, the K13 Turbo runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 8450 chip, while the Turbo Pro steps it up with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. Both phones have a 7,000mm² vapor chamber and a micro centrifugal fan that spins up to 18,000 RPM. Oppo claims up to 20% better cooling.
Cameras and Audio
On the back, both phones carry a 50MP main shooter and a 2MP depth sensor. Only the Pro gets OIS. For selfies, you get a 16MP front camera. Video maxes out at 4K@60fps on the rear, and 1080p@30fps on the front. There are stereo speakers and an X-axis haptic motor to round things out.
Battery and Charging
You’re getting a 7,000mAh battery on both phones. Charging is fast — 80W SuperVOOC — and it supports bypass charging to keep heat in check during gaming. Oppo promises 5 years of “worry-free” battery health.
Out of the box, both phones run on ColorOS with HyperOS Connect support for faster pairing with other Oppo devices. There’s also an under-display fingerprint sensor (likely optical) and Wi-Fi 6 on the Turbo, Wi-Fi 7 on the Pro.
