Lenovo has officially launched the 2025 refresh of its Y700 tablet, introducing some notable updates while retaining key features. Here’s everything you need to know about the latest Lenovo Y700, including its expected price in Nepal.

Design and Display
The Y700 205 comes with a sleek 7.8 mm body, weighing 350 grams. It features an 8.8-inch IPS LCD display with a 165Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10 support, and 500 nits brightness. The resolution is 1600 x 2560 pixels, offering a 16:10 aspect ratio.
Performance and Software
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It runs on Android 14, which is guaranteed to receive one more major update, with the possibility of extending to two. Users can choose between two configurations: 256GB storage with 12GB RAM or 512GB storage with 16GB RAM. Meanwhile, the 2025 version removes the SD card slot, a feature that was available in earlier models.
Camera and Sound
The rear camera setup includes a 13MP wide lens and a 2MP macro lens, capable of recording 1080p videos. On the front, it has an 8MP camera for selfies and video calls.For audio, the device includes stereo speakers tuned by JBL. However, the 3.5mm headphone jack, removed in the 2023 model, remains absent.
The Y700 205 is equipped with the same 6550mAh battery as its predecessors. However, it now supports faster 68W wired charging and includes bypass charging functionality.Meanwhile,It supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, and features two USB-C 3.1 Gen2 ports with DisplayPort 1.4. Cellular connectivity, which was removed in the 2023 model, remains unavailable.
