The Flip Essential 2 has the same design as the Essential 1. Moreover, the essential series borrows its design from earlier Flip models. The speaker features corners with rubbers and a back panel for protection from falls. This speaker supports Bluetooth 5.1 and delivers 10 hours of playtime on a single charge, to reduce frequent battery charging. Plus, one can connect up to 2 smartphones or tablets wirelessly and it is equipped with JBL's Original Pro Sound. Moreover, it has a dynamic frequency response range of 65Hz to 20KHz and delivers 20W of audio output.
