Insta360 is building its first-ever drone, and it won’t be branded under the Insta360 name. Instead, the new product line is called “Antigravity,” — and the first drone under this banner is already being teased ahead of its official August 2025 unveiling.

That’s a key difference from DJI’s Mini drones, which rely on gimbals for smooth footage.

Design and Build

 The design is compact and clearly inspired by the DJI Mini-series. The front-facing sensors are rotated 90 degrees, and the battery slots in from the back — again, like DJI’s approach. Its propeller blades are exposed, giving the drone a more aggressive and minimalist form.

While not confirmed, the drone is likely in the sub-250g weight category, putting it in the same legal class as the DJI Mini 4 Pro. This means it may not require registration in many regions.

There’s no official pricing yet. But if it matches the specs of the Insta360 X5, plus flight hardware, it could land around the USD $600+ range. In Nepal, that means it might cost no less than NPR 96,000 when it eventually launches.
