Dyson is a well-known brand for vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, and bladeless fans. The firm, however, plans to make more than just household utilities. Dyson revealed its development about the robots at the recent 39th IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) in Philadelphia. Currently, the company has been designing and training mechanical attachments that function as human hands. Future Plans
For a more efficient workflow, Dyson has plans to develop the UK's largest robotics research center at its Hullavington Airfield facility. Aside from that, the brand will be investing £600 million this year for research on products and technology such as robots and batteries. Getting started as one of the pioneers in the robotics sector, the company obviously needs a strong core team. So, in order to develop a solid foundation, Dyson is currently on a hiring spree, having employed 2,000 people only in 2022.
